I booked the hotel because of its location. It was a great base to enjoy surrounding areas. The breakfast was great with many choices.

the room was a good size, everything looked well maintained. showering stuff was a great addition. the cafe downstairs was value for money and comfortable.
I was informed i owed extra for my dog. This took me by surprise. i booked and paid for a room allowing pets. i found cleaning of a low standard. it does not seem fair i had to pay an extra fee when no cleaning commenced and i was given the keys to a dirty room!

the room was clean and modern with a comfy bed. the location is perfect, central and near the beach, pier, and town centre. the barmaid made amazing margaritas, and the prices were good for a hotel. i recommend it despite minor issues.
I found a lack of staff at breakfast. The colleague on duty was lovely but he was alone. i was told there was no chef, so there was no offer of anything cooked fresh if required.

The location is excellent, close to the sea front and its amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel felt okay all time . The hotel was also super clean. Housekeeping clearly works hard.

The buffet breakfast offered great quality, variety, and quantity. The selection was excellent. I especially loved the continental options, and the cooked items were tasty and warm. I appreciated the well-stocked offerings. Breakfast was a great way to start the day.

The room size was good and it had a comfy bed. The shower was excellent and easily the best I've used in a long time. The room contained tea making facilities and an iron with an iron board. The air conditioning worked well.
